Check Installed Print Client Version

Please use one (or more) of the following methods to confirm if the Print Client application is installed on a computer or wish to confirm which particular version is installed:

1. Use the 'Check Installed Version' option available in the Help & Support page of PremierCloud+

  • Login to PremierCloud+.
  • Click on the Help & Support link in the menu on left hand side of screen.
    Note: Depending on your permissions within the application you may not be able to see this link.  If this is the case please use one of the other methods to confirm if the Print Client application is installed on the computer.
  • Click on the 'Check Installed Version' button in the Print Client Application section.
  • If the Print Client application is installed on the computer then after a few seconds the installed version number will be displayed.

2. Check in Apps (Windows Settings)

Version 2.1 and earlier versions

  • Open Windows Settings by clicking on the Settings link (this has a cog icon) in the Start Menu.
  • Click on Apps.
  • In the search box under 'Apps & features' type in 'Hague Print'.
  • If the Print Client application is installed on the computer it should be displayed in the list as 'Hague Print Client', and include the version number next to the application name.

Version 2.2 and later versions

  • Open Windows Settings by clicking on the Settings link (this has a cog icon) in the Start Menu.
  • Click on Apps.
  • In the search box under 'Apps & features' type in 'PremierCloud'.
  • If the Print Client application is installed on the computer it should be displayed in the list as 'PremierCloud+ Print Client'.
  • Click on the application name and the version number will be listed below the application name.

3. Check the computers filesystem

Version 2.1 and earlier versions

  • Open a File Explorer window.
  • Browse to C:\Program Files\Hague Print.  If this folder doesn't exist then the Print Client application is not installed on the computer.
  • Right click on the HaguePrintClientApplication.exe file and select Properties.
  • Click on the Details tab in the window that pops up.
  • In the list of properties for the file should be ‘Product version’.

Version 2.2 and later versions

  • Open a File Explorer window.
  • Browse to C:\Program Files\Hague Software\PremierCloudPlus.  If this folder doesn't exist then the Print Client application is not installed on the computer.
  • Right click on the PremierCloudPlusPrintClient.exe file and select Properties.
  • Click on the Details tab in the window that pops up.
  • In the list of properties for the file should be ‘Product version’.
