Request Authorisation - Requesting Cheque Print Authorisation
Depending on the cheque printing workflow configured for your company or organisation, cheques may require approval from one or more authorised users before they can be printed.
If one or more cheques require authorisation before printing a message will be displayed when you try to print.
To request authorisation select the batch or batches of cheques you wish to gain print authorisation for and click on the 'Request Authorisation' button.
If one or more of the cheques in the selected batches require authorisation before printing, then the batches will be set to the Pending Authorisation status.
If none of the cheques in the selected batches require authorisation before printing then a message will be displayed indicating that authorisation is not required.
Please note that once an authorised cheque has been printed, it will need to go through the authorisation process again before it can be printed again.
