Print - Printing Batches

To print one or more batches of cheques select the batches you want to print and click the 'Print' button.

After a few seconds a message should be displayed indicating that the selected cheques have been sent to print, and shortly after that the Print Client will start sending the cheques to the printer.

Please note that you may see a Print Client dialog flash up as it sends the cheque pages to the printer.

Not Authorised for Print

Depending on the cheque printing workflow configured for your company or organisation, cheques may require approval from one or more authorisers before they can be printed. If this is the case and one or more of the selected batches of cheques haven't been authorised for printing then you will see a different message indicating that not all the selected cheques are authorised for printing.

Printing for the First Time

If this is the first time you have sent a batch or cheque to print you may see another message displayed by the browser notifying you that the site is trying to open the PremierCloud+ Print Client application. Please see this article for more information about this message and how to prevent it appearing every time you print or preview cheques.
